Welcome Exhibitors
We Invite You To Our Annual Convention
The Georgia Certified Court Reporters Association will hold its annual convention at the Peachtree-Wyndham Conference Center in Peachtree City, Georgia on November 4th, 5th and 6th, 2010. We are allotting a total of 12 hours of face-time for vendors. And even better than that, your table space is FREE. If needed, you may utilize two tables. You will also receive FREE advertising on our website on our "Meet Our Sponsors" page, until December 31st, including a hotlink to your website or a PDF.
Exhibitors will be located in the Peachtree Ballroom, the same room in which our welcome reception and banquet will be held. Our goal is to encourage reporters to mingle with vendors and buy products, and placing exhibitors and reporters in the same room for a set period of time is beneficial to everyone. In attendance will be court reporters, scopists, transcriptionists, and students.

On Thursday, November 4th, we will hold an evening welcome reception in the Peachtree Ballroom which will last 4 hours, from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m., in which the Exhibitor Gallery will be open. |
Friday
Nov. 5 |
6 Hours |
On Friday, November 5th, we will allot 2 hours, 12:30 to 2:30, a time specifically set aside for reporters to visit with vendors, a time in which continuing education classes are halted. During hours in which continuing education classes are being conducted, the Exhibitor Gallery will be locked.
As well, a banquet will be held from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. on Friday evening in the Peachtree Ballroom, the same room in which the Exhibitor Gallery is located. This will allow reporters to visit with vendors for 4 hours. If you would like to attend the banquet, the cost is $30. As a platinum level sponsor, you attend free. |
Saturday
Nov. 6 |
2 Hours |
On Saturday, November 6th, you will be allotted 2 hours, from 12:30 to 2:30, in the Peachtree Ballroom. Once again, this is specially allotted time for reporters to visit with vendors. |

Sell Your Wares
We strongly encourage you to bring your products to sell on site. As you well know, reporters are more apt to purchase items afther they have had the opportunity to review them. This is the time in which reporters can review your products and make a purchase on the spot. Each vendor will have the option of being issued two tables, which will give you plenty of elbow room and somewhere to place your products. We understand that it is too costly and arduous for you to transport large items, but please bring as many items as you would like to sell.
Overnight accommodations
Overnight accommodations at the Peachtree-Wyndham are at a cost of $99 per night.
Registration
If you are a platinum sponsor, please register no later than August 1 to ensure ample time for printing of company logos on attendee's conference bags. All others, please register by September 30 to allow ample time for planning table space. Payments may be made by check. Credit cards will be accepted through online registration.
If you register for free attendance and do not appear at convention, you will be invoiced for the cost of brochure and web advertising at the cost of $100.
